Knocking Off Pei Wei's Korean Beef

Seared beef with crunch carrots, beans, and sesame in a spicy sauce.

I was inspired to make this after having a similar dish below at Pei Wei in Fort Lauderdale. For $8, theirs was a good deal. I love the breading they put on the beef. I haven't quite figured that one out yet.


The restaurant has a cute look to it. I love the open kitchen and all the pots hanging up. I want my kitchen to look like that.
