I'm not quite sure how I ended up making this. Someone I just ended up in the kitchen breading some shrimp with spicy stuff and coconut. I think I made a sweet dipping sauce, maybe with orange marmelade, but I didn't take a picture of it :-( Who doesn't love fried shrimp?
