This is a rip-off of a recipe that is amazing from Olive Garden. I made a marsala sauce with mushrooms similar to chicken marsala but added seared beef medallions and served it over tri-color spinach/cheese stuff tortellini. Very good, especially if the steak is well-marinated and tender.
