Huevos a la Granja



























I made this a year ago after I had it in Mexico. It was basically scrambled eggs with peppers and onions, topped with grilled steak, red sauce (I used canned enchilada sauce), and sliced avocado. The relish to the left is some concoction of vegetables, vinegar, and spices.
