Egg Curry Wrap

This one kinda evolved as I was cooking it but I ended up making a chickpea/boiled egg curry and making a whole wheat wrap out of it.

I seasoned the thin sliced potatoes and tried to get them slightly crispy before adding the spice pastes, eggs, and chickpeas.

Verdict:
Too much tomato and could have used some fresh vegetables added at the end to give a crunchy contrasting texture. Maybe some celery even, or shredded carrots or radishes.
