Some of the best food in the world is Indian, Thai, authentic Chinese, authentic Mexican, and any cuisine with lots of flavor. This blog is about my attempts to experiment and hopefully someday master some of these cuisines.

This site is not full of recipes; I don't usually cook from recipes. I like to have fun in the kitchen and loosen up and just go with the flow. What works, works, and I remember it. What doesn't work is a lesson as well.
